What are the dates?

What tickets are available?

For best value, you can purchase a ticket to both days for $445 incl GST Alternatively, a ticket may be purchased for Monday only, or for Tuesday only. These tickets cost $275 incl GST each.

How do i get to into Aerial UTS Function Centre?

Level 7, UTS Building 10. Enter at 235 Jones St Ultimo Foyer, take the lift to level 7 and proceed to the Function Centre.

What public transport options are available for travel to the venue?

Aerial is a 5-minute walk from Central Railway Station and 15 minutes to Sydney CBD. Public buses run regularly to the City from Broadway. Broadway Shopping Centre is a 5-minute walk along Broadway to the West.

Is catering included in the ticket price?

Yes, each day will include catering for a morning tea break, a substantial lunch and an afternoon tea break.

What is the format of the event?

Each day will include a plenary session or keynote speaker(s), followed by a series of breakout and panel sessions you can choose to attend, depending on your area of interest.

Can I attend more than one breakout session?

Yes, you can attend as many breakout sessions as you like

What happens if there is a clash with sessions I'd like to attend?

Each session will be recorded and will be available post event online. Note that some workshop sessions may not be recorded.

Is WiFi Available at the Aerial UTS Function centre?

Attendees can connect to the high speed venue WiFi network at no additional cost. Details will be available on the Event App closer to the date

Is there a Forum App?

Yes, details on how to access the Forum App is sent to attendees by email upon registration. The Forum App will include venue information, presenter bios & abstracts, the Forum program, venue WiFi details, attendee networking, Forum notifications...and more to come!

What is the dress code for Forum?

We encourage you to be comfortable, energised and bring your whole self to the Forum. Previous Forum's have included comfortable business and smart casual wear.

What happens if I have food allergies, how am I catered for?

During the registration process, you are able to note any food allergies which will be passed on to the venue caterer.

Is parking available at Aerial UTS Function Centre?

Metered street parking is available in Thomas Street but limited. Parking is available on-site at the independently run Interpark UTS Car Park. For parking hours and fees, please see this link; https://www.interpark.com.au/car-park/university-of-technology-car-park/

Is this an indoor event?

Yes, the Aerial UTS Function Centre is a completely enclosed, climate controlled building. There are two large wrap-around outdoor balconies with magnificent views of the surrounding areas.

Is the venue accessible?

Aerial UTS Function Centre is fully wheelchair accessible via ramps and lifts, the bathroom is available on site.

Are there any quiet spaces for meetings?

There are no dedicated quiet spaces for meetings, however you are welcome to use the Adaptation Lounge and balcony, which should be relatively quiet during sessions. You can also go downstairs to level 3 or 4 of the venue, as the semester has finished at UTS.
