Aerial is a 5-minute walk from Central Railway Station and 15 minutes to Sydney CBD. Public buses run regularly to the City from Broadway. Broadway Shopping Centre is a 5-minute walk along Broadway to the West.
Yes, each day will include catering for a morning tea break, a substantial lunch and an afternoon tea break.
Each day will include a plenary session or keynote speaker(s), followed by a series of breakout and panel sessions you can choose to attend, depending on your area of interest.
Yes, you can attend as many breakout sessions as you like
Each session will be recorded and will be available post event online. Note that some workshop sessions may not be recorded.
Attendees can connect to the high speed venue WiFi network at no additional cost. Details will be available on the Event App closer to the date
Yes, details on how to access the Forum App is sent to attendees by email upon registration. The Forum App will include venue information, presenter bios & abstracts, the Forum program, venue WiFi details, attendee networking, Forum notifications...and more to come!
We encourage you to be comfortable, energised and bring your whole self to the Forum. Previous Forum's have included comfortable business and smart casual wear.
During the registration process, you are able to note any food allergies which will be passed on to the venue caterer.

Yes, the Aerial UTS Function Centre is a completely enclosed, climate controlled building. There are two large wrap-around outdoor balconies with magnificent views of the surrounding areas.
Aerial UTS Function Centre is fully wheelchair accessible via ramps and lifts, the bathroom is available on site.
There are no dedicated quiet spaces for meetings, however you are welcome to use the Adaptation Lounge and balcony, which should be relatively quiet during sessions. You can also go downstairs to level 3 or 4 of the venue, as the semester has finished at UTS.
